stainless steel Alloy 600/Inconel 600

Inconel 600 is a Ni-based heat-resistant and anticorrosive Alloy of Ni-Cr-Fe series. It has below capability:
1. Good at enduring  reproducibility, oxygenation and nitride medium corrosion.
2. Good at enduring stress corrosion and crack
3. Good at enduring dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride corrosion.
4. High intensity, good molding and good weld ability. It can reach to working  temperature 1175°C  in the air.

Application
1.Evaporation pot, acid and alkali machine and catalyse regeneration in oil and  chemistry industry
2.Retort in heat treatment furnace, especially in carbonization and nitride.
3. Power generation facility in nuclear reactor and heat exchange.
4.Used in producing chlorid and fluorid.
5. To make Titanium dioxide by chlorine.
6. Used in sulfide.
7. Enduring Hydrogen Fluoride corrosion.
8. Used in producing chloroethylene
9. Thermocouple sleeve used in corrosion gas.
10. Whiff engine accessory.
